Protein Powder
You only need protein powder if you struggle to get enough in your standard diet. If that is you, here is my recommended option and the one I go to most often.
Creatine
Creatine is not required, but may help to produce additional energy during high intensity workout sessions. No need for it if you get enough in your diet, but if not, her is my recommendation.

Having trouble figuring out certain foods because you need to weight them in oz or grams? Here is a how you can get those measurements to track you calorie intake properly. Simply put the food on the scale, take the weight, and track it in your favorite app.
